• Andy will be vacationing in France and is expected to return in two weeks.
• There may be a second edition of Andy's book .

• Tony has a problem with his computer not recognizing his hard drive.
• Keith can't get his computer to recognize his USB card reader. He may need to find new drivers for it.
• Chris has an older PC with an overheating problem. He should watch Lab Rats Episode #23 and learn about cleaning his computer.
• Dan called to ask for some advice about buying and external hard drive and enclosure.
• Ken was having some spyware problems. Andy recommended the following:

  Spybot Search & Destroy

  Pest Patrol
